Christian Koch

Christian Koch, (46), Managing Partner at Scandio, holds a degree in Computer Science. He began his IT career at Softlab (1990 – 1994) as a developer in Service & Support and Marketing Control while he was completing his studies of Computer Science at the Munich University of Applied Sciences. In 1994 he co-founded 2CK Software. As a managing partner, Christian Koch was responsible for Sales & Marketing and Product Management. Following the acquisition of the company by Gauss Interprise AG in February 2000, he became responsible for services and joined the Management Board of Gauss Interprise Consulting AG. From January 2002 to the middle of 2003, he was in charge of Operations as COO of evodion AG and COO of evodion Information Technologies GmbH & Co KG. Since founding Scandio, he has been responsible for Sales and shares project management responsibilities with Christoph Köberle and Mario Wörndl.

Christoph Köberle

Christoph Köberle (44), Managing Partner at Scandio, holds a degree in Computer Science. He began his IT career as a student, working for Computer 2000, Micrografx and Softlab. In 1994 he founded 2CK GmbH with Christian Koch, later transforming the company into 2CK Software AG. He was initially responsible for Support, Promotion and Services, but in 1998 took over finances and organisation when the company was restructured. Following the friendly takeover of 2CK in 2000, he became CFO of Gauss Interprise Consulting AG. As CFO of evodion AG, he was in charge of finances in the parent company and all its subsidiaries until 2003. Since founding Scandio, Christoph Köberle has been responsible for finance and also manages a portion of the projects.

Mario Wörndl

Mario Wörndl (40), Senior Manager at Scandio, holds a degree in Physics. He joined 2CK Software AG as a software engineer in 1997. In that position he was involved both in product development for the Content Management System and in the project business. Following the acquisition by Gauss Interprise Consulting, which later became evodion AG, in 2000, his areas of responsibility ranged from software architecture and software development to project management. At Scandio he has been primarily responsible for software architecture and project management. In addition, he coordinates customer support for Scandio.

Alexander Schwenk

Alexander Schwenk (37), Senior Software Architect at Scandio, holds a degree in Computer Science. In 1998 he joined 2CK Software AG and worked on the development of a Web Content Management System. He later became a CMS Consultant for Gauss Interprise Consulting and evodion Information Technologies. At Scandio he was in charge of the technical management of a several-year-long project to build a CMS for a major financial services provider. For some time now he has been involved in projects and in-house developments in the areas of “Introducing and defining JCR-based CMS Systems” and “Basic development of the highly available and distributed search engine SEBOL”.

Helmut Patay

Helmut Patay (53), System Specialist and Software Developer at Scandio, holds a degree in Electrical Engineering. He began his professional life at Siemens AG in Sinix Development and Quality Assurance. Helmut Patay found further fields of work at Linotype/Hell, Siemens Nixdorf and Interprise. He has been working for Scandio since 2003, in charge of System Planning and Support. His areas of responsibility include: the design and support of database clusters, and the architecture of fail-safe system topographies including monitoring and backup strategies. Helmut Patay has worked as a private lecturer and has written two books on software development.
