Just as we did last year, we participated in the Great Place to Work employee survey again in 2022 and waited eagerly for our final results. Now the time has finally come and we can officially announce: Scandio is a "Great Place to Work"... again!

We are very happy to see that our employees put so much trust and commitment in us and that we were able to maintain last year's excellent result. This proves to us that we are on the right path and have created a unique culture that is evolving in line with the growth of recent years.

This includes independent, anonymous feedback from employees and an analysis of HR measures and programs.
