(Senior) Product Owner (f/m/d)

  • You develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders, customers and team members.
  • You define and prioritize outcomes and product features and ensure that they align with business objectives and user needs.
  • You will be the main point of contact for stakeholders, customers and team members for product related questions and concerns.
  • To ensure that the value delivered by the product is maximized, you work closely with our developers and designers.
  • You monitor and analyze key product metrics to assess product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • You conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and to define the product strategy.
  • You will share your knowledge as a mentor with our (junior) product owners and team members.


  • You have a degree or comparable qualification in the field of computer science or business administration.
  • You bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Product Owner, Product Manager or a related role.
  • Experience with scaled agile frameworks (e.g. LeSS, Nexus) is a big plus.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of agile development methodologies and common product management practices.
  • In addition, you are skilled in using the appropriate applications such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Miro.
  • You can elaborate technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Your analytical and solution-oriented mindset enables you to identify and prioritize areas for improvement.
  • You quickly adapt to complex project structures and like to take on responsibility in a self-organized team right from the start.
  • Your German and English are business fluent.


  • We are more than 200 people, spread over our offices in Munich, Augsburg, Regensburg, Berlin and Stuttgart as well as various home offices.
  • We work in self-organized structures and abstain from unnecessary hierarchies.
  • In our Communities of Practice (CoP) and Topics, we discuss internal topics and deepen our knowledge, such as in the CoP Design, the CoP Knowledge Transfer or the Topic Agile.
  • As part of the HiQ Group, we have a growing network and work on exciting international projects.
